Scot Montgomery
Scot Montgomery joined Truck Accident & Incident Experts, LLC (TAIE) as a Senior Consultant in 2021. Making his base of operations in Cheyenne, Wyoming Scot works closely with he other members of TAI to complete investigations of Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) crashes and incidents that are assigned to TAIE by either Plaintiff Counsel or Defense Counsel. It is the responsibility of TAIE Consultants, including Montgomery, to investigate the crash/incident based on a review of Discovery/files. Montgomery and the TAIE consultant team then work together to develop a comprehensive report and a set of non-biased opinions that would help the trier of the facts, the Jury, understand the seemingly impossible amount of information in the file.
