Precision Analysis

Precision Analysis, Unmatched Expertise.

The team at Truck Accident & Incident Experts, LLC is arguably the most well-rounded truck accident expert witness group in CMV testimony, commercial vehicle crash investigation, post-crash inspection, and field research in the highly specialized field of commercial vehicle accidents. They serve both Plaintiffs and Defendants in civil and criminal cases and arbitration.

To read one of the team’s well-written, detailed, and creatively executed reports is to appreciate their true and uncanny ability to connect the dots where many experts never knew the dots existed or simply misrepresent Regulations and/or standards of care. This is what separates a true truck crash expert from others in the field. Typical terms used by Client Counsel to describe the team’s reports are: “excellent,” “outstanding,” “well-written,” “great stuff,” “ability to teach counsel and jury,” and “powerful” Attorney testimonials and references are available upon request.

On average 65% to 70% of our clients either return to TAIE for future case work and/or refer TAIE to colleague attorneys in other firms or insurance carriers. A true testament as to the impressive work of the long-standing Senior Consultants at TAIE, headed by the Chief Consultant, Scott L. Turner, a very well known and respected name in the CMV litigation universe.

Background
accomplishments

our Contributions to Transportation Safety and Emergency Response

TAIE prides itself in excellence. When we on-board a new case, we interview the retaining attorney in order that we may determine if the case has merit from the Plaintiff side and/or the Defense side. During the initial no cost on-boarding interview, we are able to guide Counsel and quickly identify case viability in terms of regulatory support and standards of care support. We do not offer opinions ipse dixit or net opinions, but rather we need to initially prove out violations or lack thereof. Once that process has met our standards in terms of taking on a new case, we proceed accordingly. No case is undertaken without the direct approval of our Chief Consultant. This serves the retaining Counsel in the best way possible, because it brings the same to a full understanding as to why we will or will not take on a new matter. The “free” interview is a great viability analysis tool for Counsel as to the initial thoughts regarding their cases strength be it Defense or Plaintiff.
