Aron Liebe is a Senior Consultant at Truck Accident & Incident Experts, LLC, (TAIE) based out of the Tri-State area of South Dakota, Nebraska and Iowa, with a law enforcement background in the highly specialized field of commercial motor vehicles. Mr. Liebe’s consulting expertise includes (FMCSR) Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, Industry Standards of Care and State Regulatory Enforcement, while providing expert testimony and detailed expert reports for civil litigation involving commercial motor vehicles, to include tractor-trailers, straight-trucks, dump trucks, special mobile equipment, farm trucks, and pickup trucks coupled to trailers, just to name a few. 

Since transitioning to consulting in 2020, Aron Liebe has contributed to hundreds of civil litigation cases by reviewing discovery documents, preparing detailed reports, and providing expert testimony regarding Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, as well as industry standards of care and best practices. In addition, Mr. Liebe supports TAIE post-crash investigations with North American Standard Level 1 Inspections (NASI)of CMVs, offering distinguished crash scene imagery, formerly as a professional photographer to include crash scene video as an FAA-licensed UAS Pilot. His professional qualifications include CDL Testing including pre-trip inspections, skills and driving tests, CMV Industry presentations, CMV State and Federal Regulatory law enforcement. Mr. Liebe serves TAIE clients nationwide across the continental United States to include Alaska and Hawaii, and is recognized for his integrity and expertise in complex CMV-related matters.
