Scott L Turner is a Chief Consultant, Founder and Principal with Truck Accident & Incident Experts, LLC (TAIE) located out of the main office in Naples, Florida and is involved in the investigation of Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) crashes and incidents that are assigned to TAIE by either Plaintiff Counsel or Defense Counsel. It is Turner's responsibility along with his staff of Senior Consultants to investigate the crash/incident based on reviewing of Discovery/files and often inspect the CMV and/or area of the subject crash, then determine as to contributing factors and/or causation opinions regarding the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR), and/or the industry's standards of care. Working with his staff of Senior Consultants develop a comprehensive report and a set of non-biased opinions that would help the trier of the facts, the Jury understand the seemingly impossible amount of information in the file.

Like all TAIE Senior Consultants, Turner in addition to a plethora of other qualifications is a Level 1 FMCSA-MCSAP Roadside Enforcement trained colleague of TAIE. Of noteworthy consideration, Level 1 FMCSA-MCSAP Roadside Enforcement trained persons have achieved the highest level of certification in the industry notably from an enforcement perspective. Turner additionally served in the capacity as an Instructor with the New Jersey State Police, he is also certified in PHMSA-HMR (HazMat), and Motorcoach in addition to specializing in Cargo-Tank Truck crash recovery and inspection, Turner in his career has investigated over 1,000 CMV crashes, inspected 1,000s of CMVs for road worthiness and safety purposes. Turner currently as a TAIE FMCSA Level 1 trained Senior Consultant and the Chief Consultant of TAIE offers testimony when and where requested by Counsel, be it deposition, trial or de bene esse testimony. Turner further operated CMVs in an over-the-road capacity for several years as an owner operator of which grounded him to the street level view of a CMV crash and/or incident, additionally, Turner operated with a reportable accident and incident free miles history.

From a development and management perspective, Turner has created an extremely effective style of manageable company growth that he refers as the "compounding growth effect" that has proven highly effective, highlighted in the full expectation of excellence and nothing less.
